TERMS OF SERVICE

Processing and Shipping Days: 
- Processing your order will take 1-14 Business days (Monday-Thursday). After your order is shipped, it will take 1-5 Business Days to reach the destination. 

Tracking Number: 
- Your tracking number will be sent to the email you used at checkout. Within 1-4 Business Days, if you don't receive a tracking number, PLEASE email me for more updates. 

Reship Fee:
- Provide us with the correct shipping information. If your package is shipped back to us due to you providing the wrong shipping information, you will be asked to pay the shipping fee again. The shipping fee is not refundable!

Pre-Order Items:
- Items that are pre-ordered, may take up to 1-4 weeks processing time before shipping time. We ask you to give us up to two weeks extra time if you order during a sale or holiday! Processing days start 5 days after you have ordered! 

Return and Refunds:
All sales are final.
